QaiS is metered on Free (50 actions / day, where an action = one tool call). On Team, Business, and Enterprise, QaiS is unlimited under fair-use limits. We'll always tell you before you'd run into a wall, and Enterprise gets dedicated capacity.
A workspace is a tenant — its own database, domain, identity, brand. A seat is a person with login access to that workspace. Most companies have one workspace; a few use a second (e.g. a separate vendor portal). Enterprise plans can have unlimited.
BYO domain, branded mobile, and your own custom app store listing are Enterprise-only. Every other plan runs at {workspace}.qais.app — we handle TLS, push, deep links automatically. Most teams never need anything else.
By default, US-East-1. Team unlocks US-West. Business unlocks EU and UK. Enterprise picks any region and gets a dedicated tenancy (single-tenant on the cloud, single-tenant in QRM, all the way down). We never cross-train QaiS on tenant data.
